Brett provided an excellent service. He took time to understand the nature and set up of our rather old central heating system before promptly narrowing down the problem and locating the leak.

The leak was under the floor in an old part of the house, Brett took great care when excavating the tiled floor and made minimal mess.

I’d highly recommend Brett and the and the service he provides

Excellent service from Brett and Vortex Leak Detection. Brett was very kind, explaining everything and exhibiting empathy. He identified the cause of the untraceable water leak in our home quickly and investigated further to eliminate other problems. He fixed the problem swiftly and patiently to ensure it was completed to the highest standard. Brett was selfless with some associated help and advice as well. What started as panic for my household was handled with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Vortex and Brett.

Hired Brett to do a pre-purchase plumbing survey on a house we are in the process of buying and couldn't have been more impressed with how competent, thorough, and friendly he is. I was present during the survey as I wanted to familiarise myself with the damage from a leak the house had suffered since our last viewing and he made the effort to explain everything he was doing always in a friendly manner which made the whole process a positive experience. Couldn't recommend him more.

I fortunately didn't use Brett/Vortex service but he was incredibly helpful and informative. He was prepared to go the extra mile to help me and I'd thoroughly recommend Brett/Vortex if you encounter a leak.
